Automated screw fastening device using collaborative robots

You can register tightening conditions and fastening points for each variety (recipe)! Equipped with automatic/manual/origin return modes.

We offer "automatic screw fastening equipment" for element verification, where collaborative robots automatically tighten screws on workpieces based on the screw fastening point (recipe) information specified by the user. The robot picks up screws supplied in alignment from the screw supply unit and fastens them to the workpiece using a driver (nut runner).
